Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to swap your item for a different title or product, please contact us with your order details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
